Quality Assurance and R&D cell of Jhagadia Copper is equipped with precision instruments, to ensure control on quality of material at all stages (i.e. incoming, in-process & final product) to provide consistent quality of Cathodes confirming to LME Grade "A" specification to all our customers.
Jhagadia Copper has a team of well-qualified, highly experienced and committed personnels to ensure consistent quality of final products. The laboratory consists mainly of three sections.
Wet Chemical Section
Gravimetric and Volumetric procedures are used to perform classical chemistry. Wet chemical section is well equipped with electronic balances, electrolyser, digital burette, super microbalance etc.
Analytical Instruments Section
Analytical Instrument section includes sophisticated and precision instruments like Optical Emission spectroscope, Atomic Absorption Spectro meter, Sequential XRF, Leco. Carbon, Oxygen and Sulfur Analyzer to ensure inhouse facility for analysis of incoming raw materials, intermediate products and final products.
Fire Assay Section
Fire Assaying facilities exist for analysis of precious metals like Gold, Silver and Platinum
